The Story behind the Name: AMRIT

I was born on 11th of october, 1988, into a middle class family of Giridih district in the state of Bihar [later after division of Bihar, Giridih became a part of the newly formed state Jharkhand]. It was sunday, my family already consisted of 5 members and then I born as the youngest member of the family and the 2nd son of Mr. Dhirendra Prasad & Mrs. Neelam Prasad. My other siblings are all elder than me, the eldest of all is my sister Deepshikha, then my brother Anshuman and then my 2nd sister Divya. I was named Viswanath as congress leader Vishwanath Pratap Singh really impressed my dad a lot. Some 2-3 years later when VP Singh was accused of some illegal operations in some scam and was found guilty, my dad decided to change my name and then I was renamed as Amrit.
